Hello friends,
I am back with a small booklet on Science covering a very important topic: What is Force for Kids. The booklet is for grades 1-2 aged children.
I have covered the following topics in it:
- I have introduced the concept of force to the children.
- I have defined what it means and provided examples of force in their daily life, For instance, the force they use to push or pull objects, such as opening a door, pushing a chair, or throwing a ball.
- I have covered the main types of force: push and pull and have tried to explain the concepts using cute pictures.
- I have also talked a bit about two forces of nature i.e. wind and water and how they use push and pull to make our lives easier.
I have not talked about gravity and friction in these worksheets as I feel that these concepts are quite complicated for six or seven-year-olds. I plan to cover advanced concepts of force in a later booklet. I hope you like this little booklet.
