Many followers of my Facebook page asked me to make these Urdu letter flash cards. As this is the birthday week of my home country Pakistan, I thought that it would be nice to promote my mother language this week. So, I started working on these flashcards. Why I started working on these Urdu Flashcards:<\/span><\/h3>\n
I know that many resources are available for English but there are few resources for languages like Urdu that aren’t spoken in that many countries. English is a global language. All the cartoons and videos are mostly in English so slowly and steadily children are losing interest in languages like Urdu. There is a need for a thorough revival of languages like Urdu.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Urdu Haroof e Tahaji Flashcards:<\/span><\/h3>\n
This is my small contribution: to develop children’s interest in the Urdu language. I have tried to use cute images that will instantly grab the attention of children and they will be genuinely interested to know what each picture means in Urdu. I hope your children and students enjoy using these cards to learn the shape and sound of each Urdu letter or harf<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0 In the future, I also plan to work on writing practice worksheets for the Urdu language so please tell your friends and family about my website and Facebook page <\/span><\/b>so that more and more people can learn about my free initiative. DIY Urdu Flash Cards.<\/span><\/h4>\n
Cut\u00a0<\/span>\u2702\ufe0f<\/span>chart paper or recycled cardboard in A4 size. Print\u00a0<\/span>\ud83d\udda8\ufe0f<\/span><\/span>the flashcards on A4 size papers. Paste the printed copy on the cut chart paper and then, cut each individual flashcard around the dotted line. You will have store-bought quality flashcards \ud83d\ude0a! You can also make them waterproof by covering them with transparent tape (Scotch tape) on both sides.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
