FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR COUNTVILLE COUNTING APP FOR KIDS
How do I play CountVille?
Tap an empty grass tile to start building, then choose a farm structure such as a chicken coop, cow pasture, crop farm, apple orchard, or fish pond. Complete the simple 3-step building task for that structure, then count and collect what you’ve grown or raised. Numbers are read aloud as you go, so no reading is required to play.
Why isn’t the background music playing?
In older versions of CountVille, music could go silent if your device’s Wi-Fi was turned off. This has been fixed as of version 1.9. Please update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then check your in-game sound settings to make sure music and sound effects are turned on.
How do I turn music or sound effects on or off?
Open the in-game settings menu to toggle music and sound effects independently at any time.
How do I remove a building I placed by mistake?
Drag the building to the trash can icon to remove it from your farm.
How do I restart my farm?
You can restart your entire farm at any time from the in-game menu if you’d like to build and count all over again.
Does CountVille have in-app purchases?
No. CountVille is completely free to play with no in-app purchases of any kind.
Are the ads in CountVille safe for kids?
Yes. CountVille shows only child-safe, non-personalized ads through Google AdMob’s family-friendly ad settings.
What devices does CountVille support?
CountVille is available on iOS (version 13 and later) and Android (version 5.0 and later), on both phones and tablets. The game is designed to be played in landscape orientation.
Is CountVille available in other languages?
CountVille is currently available in English only. Additional languages may be added in future updates.
